Here is a beautiful jam with shimmering reflections. Very soft, the mirabelle plum is a wonderful accompaniment to dairy products, cakes and of course breakfast sandwiches. For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any preservatives or colourings. They are made according to traditional recipes, preserving the aromas, fragrances and texture of the fruit.
