I'm having trouble completing my order, what should I do?

If your payment is not successful, please check that you have entered your credit card number correctly, as well as the 3D secure code provided by your bank at the time of payment (sent via SMS, email, or through your bank's app). What are your opening hours?

The store is open from Monday to Thursday (8 am-12 pm and 1:30 pm-5:30 pm), Friday and Saturday (8 am-12:30 pm and 1:30 pm-5 pm).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment methods by Visa and Mastercard credit cards.

I'm not receiving the code to validate my payment, what should I do?

Credit card payments are protected by the 3D Secure system. If you do not receive the validation code or if it does not work, please contact your bank.

How can I track my order?

2. Deliveries and Returns

What are your delivery times?

For France, it takes 2 to 3 working days with Colissimo and 3 to 5 working days with Mondial Relay.

For international deliveries, it takes 3 to 6 working days with Mondial Relay, and for Colissimo, get a precise estimate with their calculator by clicking here.

How can I track my shipment?

If you have created an account, you can track the shipment from your customer space. Otherwise, you can do so from the shipping confirmation email you received.

What is your return policy?

What types of products do you offer?

As olive confectioners, we offer a variety of products centered around olives:

  • Olives (natural, flavored, cracked, pitted, cocktail)
  • Olive oil from our production, Alpilles olive oil, and Arbequina olive oil.
  • Olive pastes, olive creams

Where do your products come from?

The olives we use are sourced from Provence (Aglandau, Grossane, Picholine, Salonenque), Drôme (Tanches), Occitanie (Lucques), and Morocco.

The olive oil comes from the Alpilles region in Provence and Spain for Arbequina.

I want to give a gift, can the products in your gift boxes be modified?

6. Usage Tips

How to store vacuum-packed olives?

Vacuum-packed olives are preferably stored in the refrigerator at +4°C; they can be kept for months as long as the package is unopened.

I want to order olives; won't they spoil during shipping?

Our olives, whether in jars or vacuum-sealed, remain in perfect condition during a shipping period of 2 to 8 days. The products are well secured and reach their destination without any issues, whether in France, Europe, or the United States.

Why are they called "broken" olives?

"Broken" olives are actually just split with a mallet or another tool, revealing their flavor when brined.

How to store olives in jars?

We recommend storing them at room temperature and away from light.

How to store olives after opening? Place them in a container in the refrigerator; you can keep them for 2 to 3 weeks for those in sauce and longer for natural olives.

What do you recommend for an aperitif?

We offer olives in jars and vacuum-sealed olives, olivades which are anchovy-free tapenades, olive creams, sausages, terrines, or dried fruits.
