Olive Harvest

  • Varieties:
    • Salonenque : first three weeks of September (depending on ripeness, with a margin of +/- 2 weeks)
    • Aglandau, Lucques, Picholines : from mid-September to the first week of October (approximately)
    • Grossanes : in november
  • Minimum Quantity: 500 kg
  • Harvest Method: Manual (hand-picking required)
  • Minimum Lot: From 500 kg, one lot all sizes
  • Possibility of Lots by Size: From 1.2 to 1.5 tons (to be discussed on-site)

Prices

  • Processing Rate: €3.50/kg in barrels (bring your own barrels and pallet)
  • Cost of Packaging: Between €0.50 and €1.50/kg depending on the type of packaging and provision of buckets or pots

Additional Conditions

  • Olive Quality: Olives must be of optimal quality to ensure the best processing result.
  • Olive Deposit: Olives must be deposited at our premises within an agreed timeframe to ensure their processing under the best conditions.
  • Processing Process: Our modern equipment and expertise guarantee optimal olive processing, adhering to the strictest quality standards.
  • Processing Timeframe: Processing times may vary depending on the quantity of olives to be processed. Approximate processing times will be agreed upon olive deposit.
  • Custom Packaging: We offer the possibility of packaging olives according to your preferences and specific needs. Custom packaging options are available upon request.
  • Delivery of Finished Products: Once the processing process is complete, finished products can be collected from our premises or delivered to the address of your choice, subject to additional delivery charges.
