Organic whole Camargue rice cakes are made in France, in Camargue, with PGI Camargue rice. They are guaranteed gluten-free according to EU Regulation No. 828/2014, with a level of less than 20mg/kg. Light and crispy, these pancakes can be used as a substitute for bread for breakfast, snacks, or nibbled at any time of the day. They can be eaten plain or with savory or sweet ingredients. To regain their crispiness, it is recommended to put them in the oven for a few moments.
