The slightly tangy flavor of the clementine is particularly suitable for breakfast. Our Clementines come from a Corsican cooperative with which we have a very long partnership.

For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any preservatives or colourings. They are made according to traditional recipes, preserving the aromas, fragrances and texture of the fruit.
