Product Description

This emblematic fruit of Provence is the star of cheese platters, but also of pastry. The figs we use for our jam come from small producers in Solliès-Pont, in the Var. With its unspoilt terroir and sunny climate, this small territory is renowned for the unrivalled quality of its figs. In recent years, they have been distinguished by the mention "Protected Geographical Indication".

For the manufacture of our jams, we do not use any preservatives or colourings. They are made according to traditional recipes, preserving the aromas, fragrances and texture of the fruit.
