The Organic Whole Whole Long Red Camargue Rice 1 kg is a naturally coloured product, offering a texture that is both crunchy and soft. Grown in the Camargue, in the great Rhône delta, in France, this rice benefits from a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) and rigorous traceability from producers to finished products.

An eco-friendly culture

Biocamargue has been working exclusively with organic PGI Camargue rice since 1960. In the Camargue, rice cultivation plays a crucial ecological role in desalination of the land and ensuring the maintenance of the irrigation and drainage network. Crop rotation allows for natural soil cleaning, without the use of pesticides.

Directions for use

Pour the rice into 2 times its volume of boiling salted water. Cover and cook for 25 minutes over low heat. Keep covered off the heat until the water is completely absorbed (about 20 minutes).

Storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in the refrigerator. Storage temperature: between 10°C and 13°C.
