Description

Semi-wholemeal rice, obtained after a light hulling of the whole grain, can be incorporated into various dishes and salads. Its cultivation in the Camargue contributes to the ecological maintenance of the soil, without the use of pesticides, in accordance with standards guaranteeing a gluten-free product (rate less than 20mg/kg).

Directions for use

Pour the rice into 1.5 times its volume of boiling salted water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Keep it covered off the heat until the water is completely absorbed (about 20 minutes).
