Tender and fluffy, white round rice has a fairly neutral taste that allows it to go well with many preparations, especially in salads. Organic rice, grown in the Camargue, in the great delta of the Rhône, in France. It benefits from a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), and rigorous traceability from the producers to the finished products. In the Camargue, rice cultivation plays a crucial ecological role in desalination of the land and ensuring the maintenance of the irrigation and drainage network. Crop rotation will allow the natural cleaning of the soil, without the use of pesticides. Guaranteed gluten-free according to EU Regulation No. 828/2014 (level less than 20mg/kg).

Directions for use

Pour the rice into 1.5 times its volume of boiling salted water. Cover and cook for 8 minutes over low heat. Keep covered out of heat until water is fully absorbed.
